My Goal is too stay healthy. And tell myself  Its ok to have cheat day. As long as i get back on track. My goal is  to stay focused don’t look back just move forward. My goal is to keep working out and don’t give up.  Working out is the hardest goal for me right now because there are times when i really do not feel like working out. I have two little monsters on each  shoulder one telling me to relax, workout tomorrow. (thats the bad monster). The good monster tells  me keep going , workout you’ll feel better when its over. Lately the bad monster been winning, but thats ok i know it won’t last and ill be right back to where im suppose to be.🙂
